Pot hole on west bound A303

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8784214.

Immediately after the Cholderton/Tidworth on-slip to the A303 there is a large pot hole in lane 2. Possible another in lane 1 at the same place.

    We’ve passed your concerns to our maintenance team for further investigation.

    We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. We know that a damaged road surface can, on occasion, be potentially dangerous and we’ve processes in place to ensure any hazardous defects are repaired quickly.
