Multiple large potholes along the lane dividers

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 09:51, Tuesday 27 January 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8776275.

There are many potholes on the bridge over the M25 on the Londonbound side of the M40. They are all on the lane dividers and many are 3 foot long and around 1 foot wide. It is possible that if you are changing lanes these will cause drivers to swerve to try and avoid them and potentially cause an accident. I don't think they're likely to damage vehicles themselves yet, but as they're getting worse by the day, it won't be long before they might.
