Road is completely impassable, road is breaking away under water

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8771693.

Heavy rain has flooded the road at the junction to Tufton warren. People are arriving at the junction from fast moving traffic unable to pass down the road, then having turn back out onto a busy road with no space to do so safely. The road is covered in debris and under the water the tarmac is disintegrating causing risk of puncture should people attempt to pass through the water.
