Pot hole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8764170.

Pothole in overtaking lane. My tyre burst as I didn’t see it while driving at 630am on Friday. I had to be assisted by a tyre company and pay £113 for a new tyre. I would like to know if I can claim back this cost.
