Entrance on to roundabout from A10 broken up

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 12:30, Saturday 24 January 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8757560.

The road surface is broken, uneven and potholed in the area of the box junction. It covers a large area and is impossible to avoid. It is potentially dangerous for motorcycles who have to navigate through the junction and possibly change lanes for their exit. The road markings are non-existent.

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the road surface condition on the A47 at the Hardwick Roundabout. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue.

If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
