Traffic backing up at peak times into Hadfield (Higher Barn Road)

Timing of the lights is now causing congestion throughout the locality - I believe after some road maintenance. Traffic backing up into Hadfield (Higher Barn Rd) at peak times causing extended travel times. Have the lights at the Gun Inn, Back Moor &/or Mottram (crossroads of Market Street/Stalybridge rd) fallen out of sync or timing completely changed?
