Obscured, unlit, second sign required

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8733861.

M6 northbound exit slip at J23 Haydock. Nearside statutory 40 sign obscured by trees, is too far back and unlit. Frequently obscured by LGVs in lanes 1 and 2. Second sign required at off side. St Helens Council informed me that this is your responsibility.
