New access onto A47 been built

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8728587.

The land owner of Oak View has constructed a new crossing over the drain and has blocked it. Additional works have also been carried out and planning permission has not been granted or applied for. Anglian Water have suggested the issue should be reported.
