Street lights permanently not working on busy junction!

Street lights permanently Not working at the busy junction A52 slip road turn off to A1 North (Barrowby turn off near Grantham) It’s such a dark junction & big puddles form when it rains which can’t be seen. It look likes this problem has been reported many times before with Highways seemingly doing nothing about it! Who decided it would be a good idea Not to have this busy junction lit up at night?
