Huge amounts of litter between Junction 4 and A59 travelling from Liverpool to Southport

Massive amounts of litter, including what looks to be contract workers debris as well as the usual drinks containers and food wrappers along the M57, between Junction 4 and the A59 heading from Liverpool towards Southport. I don't know how long it has been there for, but it looks to have been there for many, many weeks, if not months.
