Pothole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8717335.

I hit this pot hole at 6:41am on Sunday 18th January.

The sound and impact were significant (recorded via dashcamera) and resulted in immediate loss of tyre pressure and a warning on my dashboard, saying 'Tyre Defect'.

The tyre struck was my nearside front left, less than 3 months old (replaced late October 2025). I will be claiming full compensation for the damage.

This pothole may cause significant damage to motorcyclists if struck at any speed.
