Street light posts damaged

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8713095.

Since sometime a number of the street light posts next to the slip road off the A31 onto the A338 have been damaged and covered over by yellow plastic tape. It's been like this for at least 12 months, why aren't these street light posts being replaced with new ones?

  • Thank you for making your report. The lighting in this area is due to be fixed during an upcoming scheme, which is currently in the planning stages. Unfortunately, we don't have a date for this yet.

    Please be assured, we're aware of the problem and can confirm the lighting in and around Ringwood on the A31 will be renewed fully and brought up to modern standards, including replacing the downed columns when the scheme is agreed.
