Uneven surface with potholes

The road is very bumpy due to just filling in previous potholes and has new potholes

There is a 100m section of the M40 Junction 6 slip road heading towards Oxford that is uneven with multiple potholes. The extent of the issue is that it is difficult to pick up speed to safely join the main motorway without hitting potholes. This could lead to damage to vehicles and a potential accident either on the slip road or motorway. Urgent action needed.

Surface is significantly worse than last week. Potholes now very deep and unavoidable

Please fix this immediately. Due to the amount of potholes it is dangerous to travel at more than 30mph for most of the slip road, making joining the motorway very dangerous. This is a busy junction and will lead to an accident soon.
