Potholes and littering on verges across various sections of the M40 from Oxfordshire to Heathrow

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8712177.

Potholes on sections of lanes 1 to 2 on M40 from Oxfordshire to Heathrow section’s south. Saw 5 vehicles on this section with burst tyres and surprised not causing accidents and danger to life from these. Can’t see them in the dark and wet. Also lots of rubbish on the verges and some in lay-bys including signs with sharp edges.
