Due to a number of fallen trees the fence is very badly damaged

The fence on the boundary to our land and the motorway embankment has been very badly damaged due to numerous fallen trees. We have paid for basic repairs to be done as we graze cows on this land and so we needed to ensure that the cows did not walk onto the motorway. However in the storm last week further damage was caused due to more trees falling and 4 sections of the post and rail fence have been totally smashed. We have removed the sheep that were grazing there as it’s too dangerous for them to remain in a field open to the M3. Please could this fence be repaired as a matter of urgency so the stock can be returned to the field. Thank you
