Road Surface in Lane 1 On East Bound approx 300M from Jct 36 on slip has broken apart leaving debris over the carriageway that can cause damage to vehicles. Also due to surface vehicles being pulled into rut making it unsafe at 70MPH. Will have a motorcycle off if it hits it
