Mutile break ups of the surface heading towards Leyland

Surface with multiple break up after the Traffic lights controlling traffic at entry South and exit North. LCC say your responsible. The resultant surface is getting worse and already presents a hazard to motorcyclists. Including the debris from the surface breaking up.
