Flooding during rain

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8696754.

Standing water causing aquaplaning going under the bridge here. Invisible in the dark until you feel the car aquaplaning. Happens every time it rains. Causes visible aquaplaning of other cars.
