Large potholes in left hand land

Reported via mobile in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 21:11, Wednesday 14 January 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8690228.

In the left hand lane to take the Stonebridge highway exit at the roundabout, prior to the lights just as the left hand lane starts to split off, there are 2 very large potholes. One for either tyre at this lane, impossible to avoid. It feels like you are driving over a shelf, completely rocks the car. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. It’s just after the other resurfaced section of road at this location.

Updates

  • On Slip road from A46, left hand lane, before division to 3 lanes for traffic lights. Large decompression/pot hole on right side of lane. Speed is 50mph at this point - large strike to suspension system. As not seen - steering is affected, difficulty in steering and maintain lane discipline.
