Where / when are the Yellow Box Cameras coming?

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8687587.

You went through all the expense of painting yellow boxes and there are still NO cameras capturing drivers clogging the junction ignoring traffic signals! Drivers coming from anywhere on Handy Cross are blocking all junctions with Yellow Boxes here! Where are the cameras, when will they be installed?
