Stretch of fence rotten and damage by trespassers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8686168.

The fence has been pushed over to gain illegal access to my property by a tresspasser. The whole stretch of fence between junction 9 and watery lane bridge is rotten and urgent need of repair
