Road breaking up and pothole

Noticeable increase in noise from Lorries passing at speed.The noise is different from normal traffic noises suggesting striking a damaged section of the road.Secondly there is loose tarmac spread across the road and onto pavement outside our house.This appears to be a hole that has opened up and is continuing to break up.The defect is contributing to increased noise and mess for residents and may worsen if not addressed.I would appreciate if this section could be inspected and repaired as soon as possible.There are some other areas in the road that need looking at.Not able to upload more than the pictures I have.
