Big part of left hand junction missing road surface
Reported via mobile in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 16:15, Tuesday 13 January 2026
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8681522.
Entering junction 11 from northbound carriageway on left hand side of junction slip road. I would say this pothole is over 2m in radius and at least 15cm deep.
It could very easily burst a tyre or crack an alloy.

The pothole on the slip road of the north bound carriageway of the M42 on the left hand side is huge and woukd agree with above statement that 2m diameter and a god 20 cm depth. Just pulled over awaiting recovery due to alloy issues ans a burst tyre.

I have just hit the pothole! No sign of it being sorted or even a warning of it. As it it quite large, why no response to the issue? Seems a few cars parked in the first layby in A444, so seems quite a few have had same issue ..Got home checked car, but not a mechanic. So how do I know any damage to my vehicle! If any damage who do you contact?

Massive pothole on left of sliproad when exiting motorway. This needs signage and repair ASAP as dangerous - either because people swerve right at last minute or hit it and crash.

This has now been fixed. I luckily seen it in time and managed to just catch the edge of it but I could of easily bust my tyre
