Missing shroud

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8681300.

The green light for traffic already on the roundabout can be clearly seen by traffic at the give way junction leaving Saltash on Callington Road. This is misleading as it appears to indicate that it is clear to enter the roundabout when it is not.
