Bit like DFT GSI monitoring 2005 directly identifying homes individual at high risk from noise and NO2 exposure. What happened to our homes ,they are tombs in 2025. Spaghetti Junction (M6 Junction 6) and the Tyburn A38/A38(M) corridor are designated Strategic Road Network links managed by National Highways and are included within the Government’s Pollution Climate Mapping (PCM) framework. As such, these locations are subject to the statutory requirements of the Air Quality Standards Regulations 2010, including the obligation to achieve compliance with Nitrogen Dioxide limit values in the shortest possible time. Any identified exceedance or risk of exceedance at these links engages National Highways’ legal duty to assess, mitigate, and report measures necessary to secure compliance.” Ignorance is not a Defence, harm documented fixmystreet community meetings protest petitions complaints until system exhausted . That is Discrimination ,when Authorities feel so safe to harm, when voices have been calling out the harm for decades all documented. That's is real discrimination .
