Massive pothole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8676601.

Huge pothole on the roundabout over the M1 junction. Imagine you're going straight over the roundabout in the direction from University to shepshed, it's on the right hand lane. Really dangerous and hard to avoid. Was present at 4pm 12th Jan 2026.

  • Hit this pothole at 06.20 this morning - not been addressed. You cannot avoid this if there is a car in the inside lane proceeding straight across the roundabout. It is significant in width and depth.
