Bridge support damage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8675378.

A19 River Leven Vaiduct supports shedding concrete from pillars exposing rusting metal rods. Concrete dropping from pillars regularly . I'm not structural engineer so maybe ok but doesn't look right
