Light randomly changing despite no bus or vehicle passing through

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 16:49, Monday 12 January 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8674826.

There is a set of traffic lights here to stop cars from going when a bus/vehicle is merging from the bus lane along this road. The problem is cars driving down the road cause the lights to change even if there is nothing going down the bus lane, causing traffic and unexpected stopping. Sensor needs to be less sensitive or changed so that traffic can flow consistently.
