Crash barrier blocking access to public right of way

Crash barrier was added some years ago to the carriageway bit it is blocking access to public right of way. Access through the central reservation and the southern right of way is available. This was originally reported in May 2023 but having visited a number of times since then, most recently in Dec 2025, the issue still exists.
