Major Road Surface Issues M62 J19-J20 Outside Lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8664079.

Massive "gash" in the outside lane between Junction 19 and 20 on the M62 heading towards Rochdale. There are numerous out potholes/damaged section in within the same region. The massive one in the outside lane is very dangerous as it can cause traffic to swerve to try and avoid it, there is a good change of suspension/wheel/tyre damage as well.
