2 streetlights out on single lane slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8662475.

Streetlight numbers Z37 and Z34 are not working, there are another 2 lights out of the other parts of the roundabout however I could not find the numbers to those lights.
