Pothole and road surface meeting point

On the entry to the slip road there is a bad road surface meeting point at the same point of 2-3 very bad potholes developing. I use this route daily and its just getting worse this needs urgently looking into before someones car is damaged or even worse with the current weather conditions these potholes mixed with bad weather and downhill motorway slip road is a recipe for disaster and needs fixing before the worst could happen these potholes are enough to unsettle a vehicle going downhill in poor weather conditions.
