1. Circular prohibitory sign is oriented 180 degrees the wrong way and is not visible to westbound A27 traffic, so the restriction is not being enforced.

Westbound A27 right-turn restriction not enforced due to incorrectly oriented prohibitory sign, compounded by additional obscured and misaligned signage on opposite sign and advanced warning sign insured with hedges.
