Pavement narrowed by vegetation and mud

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8651141.

This pavement has veen made very narrow by the increase if mud and vegetation, it is too narrow for wheelchair users! Please can this pavement be widened again for the safety of the wheelchair users around east winch village that have to cross at an unsafe part of the road regularly due to this blockage.
