Large Pothole that burst my tyre

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8615451.

I was driving towards a38 on Monday evening at 5.30pm and hit a large pothole which immediately burst my tyre. I managed to limp my car to a safe place and then had to call an emergency tyre mobile repair place to come out to replace the tyre. This was a cost of £230. I have photos of the road and damage to my tyre and also reciepts of repairs. I reported this to Derby city council but they have just informed me today that your responsible for this section of road.
