Safety Bollard

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8612468.

Another safety Bollard taken out by a car at 11pm last night, highways has been out and removed the broken concrete bollard and patched the footpath instead of replacing the bollard. New ballard needs fitting urgently due to the high speed traffic passing this property. Police have car details for repair costs. URGENT.
