Dead deer on grass verge

Sherford Neighbourhood Watch Officers attended the Deep Lane On-slip road of the A38 towards Ivybridge to reports of a dog lying deceased in the hedgerow in full view of drivers using the slip-road.

We discovered that the animal was deceased and was a fully grown wild deer. In order to give the animal some dignity we have covered the animal with black bin liners. Not sure how long it will be before the covers blow way.

Could we please request that the animal's body be removed as soon as possible.
