Traffic signal constantly on red

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8607287.

The traffic lights west bound are continuously changing to red with noone there it has been doing it for 3 days now, goes from green straight back to red allowing 3 cars to get through at a time, this morning the traffic was backed up and noone is hardly on the roads come monday it will cause chaos, this was 7.30am today and yesterday. This is not normal for these lights as its only a pedestrian crossing so should only change when button is pressed.
