Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8596988.

Junction with A5 / Birch Coppice traffic lights - set 14 has been faulty for months. Someone came out to look and just put an orange bag over them and the issue hasn’t been resolved. You cannot see the lights on approach to the junction as only one set is working on the left.
