Underpass flooded

Underpass flooding to the point NCC have been closing the road for the past month due to a failure in your pumps!

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways.

    Upon further investigation this issue has been caused by a blockage in the local authority drainage system. Both pumps have been checked and are both operational, however, until the local authority can clear the blockage the pumps will remain off as unfortunately the water, unable to enter the drainage system, will return immediately to the underpass.
