Fence now completely blown down and clear access to motorway for animals and children at the address.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8583490.

Fence has now blown down and panel is free and could potentially blow onto carriageway. There is clear access from the property for domestic animals and children. This is now an amber to red risk and needs resolution before potential loss of life either on the motorway or children or animals from our property. This has been reported previously but no action has been taken and the situation has developed in the recent windy weather. Please resolve immediately. Thank you
