Blocked drain.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8576304.

The drain just before the layby is blocked due to fly tipping of bark/mulch on top of the drain. This culvert drain system was installed in the last 10 years following a fatal accident caused by surface water. There is a lot of mud that has built up due to this.

    If any work is needed, they'll arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we'll continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
