Multiple lights around this junction not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8568718.

There are a number of lights not working around this very busy and dangerous junction. In the rain last night with limited streetlighting on, wet roads and oncoming headlights it was dangerously difficult to see lane markings. There is also a streetlight knocked down months ago that hasnt been replaced and just the stump of metal is still sticking out the ground. None of the debris has bee cleared either
