House vibration

There was no other catagory to put this under and thr local council say this is an issue that needs reporting to you Our front bedroom is now cracking inside due to the thunderous noise and vibration from the traffic using the Moor- our row, located right opposite the site work entrance on the Moor, is closer to the road edge and everytime a truck passes the whole house shakes- we would like to know what you plan do do about this and who we claim off for the damage to our house - please don't fob us off with detail of how the new road will improve things as that's years away still - this is affecting us now
