Fence Damagedd

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8563397.

There is at least 100m section of broken posts and rail, only being suported by the sheeo netting, needs fixing asap before livestock get on to the motorway just down from the soya spill that you also havent cleaned up.
