Large fly tip in the lay by on the A12 after the stock road junction travelling towards Howe green.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about flytipping / litter.

    Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, we’re responsible for collecting litter on England’s motorways and a few other strategic trunk roads.

    Local authorities are responsible for collecting litter on the remaining trunk and local roads, including the A12.

    Please contact the Local Authority to resolve this issue
