Inspection required of drain south of A30 slip road at Innis Downs

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8560095.

During the recent prolonged rainfall events, a resident of Reperry hamlet has experienced flooding from the rear garden of their property from land to the west of them. There would appear to be a drain recorded within National Highways asset. Please can you confirm the drain is working as designed. Photos and location plan can be provided.
