Road Surface Breaking Apart

In numerous locations on the East bound carriageway between the on ramp for the (Popham West?) services and the off ramp for the end of A303 junction the road surface is broken and falling apart. A couple of the joints across the carriageway are also breaking down. I have seen pieces of tarmac thrown up by HGVs passing over them, and potholes are forming and staying full of water causing further damage to the road surface. It is similar to damage that was in the Andover area that has previously been fixed.
