Silt from road surface and overgrown

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8537931.

For considerable period of time, general silt and mud build-up on pavement. It has also been contributed to from where poor road surface has broken away. The build-up on pavement and overgrowth causing drainage issues and treacherous underfoot. Just needs cleaning up properly. This issue occurs at various areas along this stretch - in particular near road-crossing on North side, but extends along pavement in each direction.
