Red X - on slip road - no way for drivers change lane. Collision risk

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8530781.

Exit from m1 j23a south - exit to a42. Red x on exit road. Drivers cannot exit lane due to solid line chevrons. Red x should have been displayed further back on other gantries in order to allow drivers to leave slip road lane before the chance to change lanes is taken away. Concerned this could cause a collision.
